AccessCrawler will then automatically download the results to a Google Desktop folder. AccessCrawler will only index information that is stored in fields within the database. The information stored in tables and queries is not indexed. AccessCrawler will create a unique index for each table in the database. The index name will have the table name followed by "index", for example "TableNameIndex". This index will help when searching for data. AccessCrawler will automatically index the table if it is indexed in Microsoft Access. If the table is not indexed, AccessCrawler will add the indexed folder name in the AccessCrawler menu. For example, if the table "Processes" is not indexed, AccessCrawler will create a folder named "ProcessesIndex" in the Windows Desktop.
